SOLD!!!

We sold the studio!

It will be dearly missed, but it's just a material thing.  The new studio is already opening doors with it's higher ceilings and larger foot print.

A loud shout out goes to Dennis McLin and George Hanion of Unique Properties who's aggressive "let's go out and find a buyer" approach helped us make a sale.  We needed to lower our overhead by releasing this property and they helped make it happen quickly.  "You will be friends with the buyers by the time this is over." is what Dennis kept saying.  His friendly low pressure approach was really appreciated.  Thanks guys!

Studio For Sale

I've moved into a new studio and my old studio building is for sale! This is an incredible investment opportunity. The property value is sure to sky rocket in the next few years.

This 1939 (1978 sq. ft.) Italian grocery store has been restored to a beautiful professional workspace. The front area has been used for a flower shop and a professional photography studio, but could also be used for dance and yoga.

*The building is zoned R2, but has always been used for commercial retail and I had no problem obtaining a business use permit for photography.
*The hardwood floors are beautiful Brazilian cherry.
*There is newer (2007) high efficiency forced air heat and AC with exposed duct work.
*There is track lighting throughout the building.
*Ample storage exists in the basement.
*The trim on the doors and baseboards is steel.
*This is a fantastic space for a health care center, yoga, or photography studio.
*A shower or bathtub can be added to make this a work live studio.

This is the main shooting area.  I believe it is about 35 ft. by 24 ft.

Note the 4 closet doors.  Each door has a unique key in case the space is shared.

This is the view walking into the back half of the building from the studio.

Here is the kitchen with steel counter tops.

This is one of the 4 offices.

This one office has hardwood floors.
